The Lake House's floating dock faces Spence's Point and the East side of the house faces the famous Lake Murray Dam. It was at one time the largest earthen dam in the world.
Lake Murray is 44 miles long by 14 miles wide and has over 600 miles of shoreline.
The home is just minutes to everything, including Bomb Island. Our cove is in a No wake zone --which allows for great swimming and fishing.
Under normal lake conditions we have approximately 10-12 feet of water under our dock.
